  1. Open        (Cmd-O)
  2.     Use the Open command to retrieve an existing document or template 
  3.  from disk. It also allows you to preview the file in a preview box which 
  4.  is activated by using the preview option.
  5.     Open activates a dialog box which allows you to select the 
  6.  file to be opened.  Up to 10 documents or template may be opened at any 
  7.  one time. The Open dialog box normally displays All Types of 
  8. MacPublisher files. 
  9.     To open a document/template: Select a name from the file list, and
  10.  click Open,  or double-click on the name.
